Bridge to Insanity is a compact yet striking canvas that draws you straight into the heart of the Karri forest. At 30cm high by 45cm wide, it delivers an immersive sense of depth and adventure, making it a perfect feature piece for nature lovers and wanderers at heart.
The Story Behind the Image
Photographed near Beedelup Falls in the Karri Valley, this narrow swing bridge feels every bit as precarious as it looks. Suspended above the forest floor and framed by dense green foliage, it sways just enough to make you question your life choices — yet, mercifully, it held firm as we crossed.
The perspective pulls you forward, plank by plank, into the cool stillness of the forest. It’s a moment of tension and tranquillity intertwined, capturing the thrill of stepping into the unknown while surrounded by towering Karri trees.
